Designed by pioneer architect Lee Kip Lin and built in 1973, the house at 32 Binjai Park has been designated as a significant modernist building in Singapore. From the street, the relatively modest 3,800-square-foot home (353 sqm) is unassuming and does not stand out visually from its neighbours, but it is when one walks through the front door that the unique qualities of the house are revealed.
