About: Hanlin Reading Club was established on 26 October 2003 as an activity group under Singapore's Joo Chiat Community Club, with a mission to promote culture and reading habits within the community. The club organises a series of activities, including public lectures, cultural competitions, guided reading sessions, recitations, Chinese language courses and new book launch events.
